My Family TV is a unique television broadcast network targeting family audiences. The current content is English based from our 900 title library that is constantly growing as well as other programming, live and newly produced through our studio affiliates.
Unlike many other content providers, My Family TV has additional benefits as a subsidiary of Valcom, Inc, a publicly traded Company on the US Bulletin Board and on the Frankfurt Exchange in Germany, including access to multiple production studios, post production editing and large distribution access through many years in the industry by management.
Although MFTV provides 24/7 content via satellite feed to 90 affiliates in most major markets through various carriers, the 40+ million households are expanding exponentially through additional venues that will soon include streaming cell phone video and Internet broadcast. The Company will also be launching new programming that will be available for syndication to other content providers.
The advent of new technology such as 3D is also on the forefront of MFTV future content and will likely be launched in the near future. MFTV is on track to accelerate growth in many directions and offer reasonably priced content for revenue share or payment arrangement to additional affiliate for the station brand or under private label.
Management will be taking a hard line on growth and expansion into the following years and look to make MFTV a leader in general audience entertainment and viewing preference.
